Hoptick: To-Do List & Habits – Delete your data
Hoptick has no accounts, and we never ask for your name, email address or phone number. Your tasks, habits, notes, progress and rabbit are stored on your phone, not on our servers. Hoptick has no ads and no analytics. RevenueCat, which we use to check purchases, receives data linked to a random ID made for the app, not to you by name. Our privacy policy explains this in full: https://oxcred.co.za/hoptick/privacy-policy-hoptick/
How to delete your data
- Your data on your phoneIn Hoptick, open Settings and tap Delete all data, or uninstall Hoptick, or go to Android Settings > Apps > Hoptick > Storage > Clear storage. This deletes your tasks, habits, notes, progress, rabbit and settings straight away.
- Backup files and exportsBackup files and CSV exports are saved where you chose, so Hoptick can't delete them for you. Delete them from wherever you saved them. If your phone's Google backup is switched on, Android may also keep a copy of Hoptick's data in your Google account; you can manage that in your Google account.
- Calendar eventsDelete all data and uninstalling Hoptick leave your calendar as it is. To remove the events Hoptick added, turn off Add my tasks in Hoptick's settings and choose to delete them, or delete them in your calendar app.
- Purchase recordsEmail support@oxcred.co.za with the subject "Delete my Hoptick data" and include the order number from your Google Play receipt (it starts with GPA.). We will delete the purchase records linked to it within 30 days and confirm by email. You may then need to restore Premium again. Deleting your data doesn't cancel a yearly subscription: cancel it in Google Play (Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions). Google keeps its own record of your payments; you can manage that in your Google account.
- Emails to usIf you've emailed us and would like those emails deleted too, say so in your request. We'll delete them unless the law requires us to keep them.
